Shipping Rates

• Free UPS Ground shipping on U.S. orders $40+
• $5 flat-rate UPS Ground shipping on orders below $40

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays). You’ll receive tracking info as soon as your order ships.

Delivery Time

After shipping, most orders arrive in 2–5 business days via UPS Ground. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays.

Shipping Area

We currently ship within the contiguous United States (excludes Hawaii and Alaska).

Address Issues

Please double-check your shipping address, as we’re not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses. If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us at hello@afarfoods.com prior to your order being shipped.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@afarfoods.com. We’ll help sort it out.
