Why Japanese Miso? In Japan, we were blown away by the complex yet balanced flavors of its food. Every dish we ate was artfully crafted, perfectly mixing salty, sweet, sour, and bitter with generous amounts of umami (savory richness). We always crave a taste of Japan, so we're ecstatic to put it in a bar.
What's Inside: Notes of umami-rich miso, nutty black sesame, peppery ginger, and tangy rice vinegar. Infused into a crunchy and light base of roasted edamame, roasted almonds, and puffed brown rice.
